Joe Coe serves as Managing Director of Business Outreach and Concessions for the Clark County Department of Aviation, where he leads business engagement strategies, oversees airport concession programs, and manages small-business initiatives, including the Disadvantaged Business Enterprise (DBE) and Airport Concession Disadvantaged Business Enterprise (ACDBE) programs. With more than 30 years of executive leadership experience spanning aviation, gaming and hospitality, food and beverage, telecommunications, and utilities, Coe brings a broad perspective to fostering economic opportunity and business growth. He is committed to expanding access for diverse businesses while enhancing the traveler experience across Southern Nevada’s world-class airport system. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Management from Johns Hopkins University.
