Chris Nalls is the founding attorney of Nalls Davis, where he advises contractors, developers, business owners, and public entities on construction, commercial real estate, mergers and acquisitions, and estate planning matters. Chris has provided counsel on matters valued at more than $500 million, including real estate projects, buying and selling businesses, secured financings, and commercial disputes. He is a Dayton Business Journal Forty Under 40 honoree and was selected as a National Black Lawyers Top 40 Under 40 in Washington, D.C. Chris received his J.D. from Georgetown Law and previously worked at large corporate law firms in Washington DC and Ohio.
